Performance Marketing on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok

We run search, social and video ads against the metric that matters to your business, whether that’s cost per qualified lead, CAC or ROAS. We send CRM data back to the ad platforms so the algorithms learn to find people who buy, not people who just click.

The problem

Ad costs keep rising while qualified leads keep shrinking.

What you get

  • Unit economics that show what you can afford to pay per lead and per customer
  • A media plan with budget split across channels
  • Cleanly structured accounts that are easy to scale
  • CRM offline conversions the algorithms learn from
  • Ongoing tests of creative, audiences and landing pages
  • Reporting that puts spend right next to leads and revenue

Who it’s for

When You Need This Service

Your budget grows, but leads don’t

The algorithms optimize for cheap form fills, and sales complains about quality. We rebuild optimization around qualified leads and closed deals.

You can’t tell which channel pays off

Each ad platform reports its own conversions, and together they never match the CRM. We set up one source of attribution and calculate the return on every channel.

Your ads rely on a single channel

Everything comes from Google or Meta, and any algorithm update hits sales. We test new channels to spread the risk.

You’re running ads for the first time

We work out the unit economics, choose channels for your product and price point and start with a test budget, so you don’t burn money while the platforms learn.

In detail

How We Do It

What happens at each stage of the work and why.

Unit Economics Come First

Before launching ads, we work out how much you can pay for a customer and still turn a profit. That means average order value, margin, retention and LTV. The result is your target cost per lead, and that’s the number we build campaigns around.

  • CAC, CPA, LTV, ARPU and acquisition payback
  • How retention changes what you can spend on ads
  • Budget scenarios with lead and sales forecasts
  • An 80/20 split, with most of the budget in proven channels and the rest in tests

Channels Chosen for Your Product

Search ads catch people already looking for a solution. Social creates demand among people who aren’t looking yet. LinkedIn gives precise targeting by job title and company. We pick the mix based on your price point, sales cycle and where your audience makes decisions.

  • Google Search and Performance Max for high-intent demand
  • Meta and TikTok for B2C, ecommerce and apps
  • LinkedIn for high-ticket B2B
  • Apple Search Ads for mobile apps
  • YouTube and video for reach and retargeting

Optimizing for Deals, Not Clicks

Ad platform algorithms look for people similar to those who already converted. If any form fill counts as a conversion, the algorithm will bring in anyone. So we feed qualified leads and payments from the CRM into the platforms, and the ads learn to find buyers.

  • Meta Conversions API and Google offline conversions
  • Conversion values based on real deal data
  • Separate events for MQL, SQL and sale
  • Server-side tracking that holds up against browser and iOS restrictions

Creative and Testing

In today’s ad platforms, creative does most of the targeting. We keep testing new angles, formats and offers and scale the winners. Every test has a hypothesis and a metric we use to make the call.

  • A pattern, hypothesis, test and takeaway cycle
  • Static ads, video and UGC formats for each platform
  • A/B tests of landing pages and offers alongside the creative
  • AI for quickly generating copy and visual variations

Scaling Without Losing Efficiency

Once a campaign pays off, it’s tempting to just add budget. But a sudden jump often resets the algorithm’s learning. We scale gradually, broaden audiences and geos, and keep customer acquisition cost within your unit economics.

  • Vertical and horizontal scaling
  • Automated rules to control spend and pause weak ads
  • Expansion into new countries with localized creative
  • Weekly checks on frequency and audience fatigue

Performance Marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) FAQ

Don’t see your question? Email us at [email protected].

What’s the minimum ad budget?

It depends on your niche, the channel and cost per click. A test budget needs to be big enough to collect a few dozen conversions and show your real cost per lead. We calculate the exact amount at the start, based on unit economics and goals.

Is ad spend included in your fee?

You pay ad spend directly to the ad platforms and pay us only for the work. The accounts belong to you, and you can always see every dollar spent.

How soon will we see results?

The first leads from search ads can come in within days. Meta and Google algorithms need two to four weeks to learn, so a stable picture usually shows up in the second month.

What are offline conversions, and why do they matter?

They send data on qualified leads and sales from your CRM back to the ad platforms. Without them, the algorithm only sees form fills and looks for people who fill out forms. With them, it looks for people who buy, and lead quality goes up.

Which channels work for B2B?

Most often Google Search for high-intent demand, LinkedIn Ads for precise targeting by job title and company, plus retargeting on Meta and YouTube. With a long sales cycle, nurturing through content and email matters a lot.

Do you make the creative yourselves?

Our team makes the static ads, videos and ad copy and keeps testing new variations. We can also work with creative from your team or from creators.

How do you report?

Every week, a short update on spend, leads and key changes. Every month, a detailed review with CAC, ROAS, lead-to-deal rate, test takeaways and next month’s plan. We pull data from the CRM, not just from the ad platforms.

Can we keep the accounts if we stop working together?

From day one, accounts are created in your company’s name, or you give us access to your own. All campaigns, audiences and data stay with you.
